Ghost Touch is a problem when your phone automatic touches even you are not touching your phone. This happend in a several product of Mobile Phone especially Samsung. Then you see some menu,

TSP FW Update (General)

- Locking and unlocking your phone several time once your phone become normal and ghost touch fixed.
